Job summary
Implementation and facilitation of skills programs and training courses, including discoveries, material development and assessments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Updating and maintenance of training material and or programs
- Implementation of training courses/skills programs
- Facilitation of training courses/skills programs
- Assessment of learners
- Responsibility for all aspects of implementation of training courses/skills programs, such as printing of training material, organising venue, keeping registers
- Provide, prescribed daily feedback on each training intervention
- Provide prescribed feedback after each training program
- Submit prescribed post training documentation on or before due date to the relevant person
- Ensure adherence to Training Schedule
- Ensure that you make yourself aware of all schedule updates via the company web, e-mail or telephone call to your line manager or by any other means necessary.
- Active involvement in discoveries for new and existing clients
- Play a role in client relations
Minimum requirements
- Matric certificate achieved
- Minimum 1 year experience as a facilitator
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service industry or Call Centre History
- Enthusiastic individual
- Knowledge of NQF
