Siyandza has a three phase methodology approach:

Siyandza Methodology: Discovery Phase



Successful outcomes-based training is only possible if there is a clear understanding of the current company situation and the desired outcomes. For this reason the Discovery Phase is required for successful call centre training.

There are three very different steps to this phase:

Identifying requirements

All user groups are "analysed" in order to identify the intervention needed for each specific group.

Measuring core competencies

Core competencies are measured in the impacted workgroup(s) to measure post training improvements and skill improvements.

Presenting to stakeholders

All findings and an overview of the training are presented to the relevant stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support.
