In the Development Phase, the soft skills training material is designed and developed, aligning training outcomes with change management principles. The material and language used in the training is aligned to the target audience.

The training material includes significant hands-on training, while the system ensures that the core functions of each learner are taken up and fully understood.


Aligned to outcomes-based education principles


The leadership training program is aligned to outcomes-based education. The key aspects of outcomes-based education are:

  • The focus is always on the desired outcome.
  • The program is designed and developed from the exit level outcomes downwards.
  • The program contents are practical, addressing particular skills.
  • The facilitator guides learners to achieve outcomes.
  • A variety of assessment techniques are used.
