Siyandza Skills Development is an accredited,full service call centre training and middle management training provider.Siyandza is committed to delivering outcomes-based training solutions tailored to client-specific requirements throughout South Africa.

The company was established in September 2006 after a significant gap was identified in thecall centreand middle management training areas within the service industry.

The problem identified was an often painful detachment between the training providers and their clients. Many businesses and training solution providers in the industry "train for the sake of training" and do not fully understand theintricacies of the soft skills training.

Siyandza was created to bridge the gap by developing a training methodology that:
  • Is focused on the learner.
  • Provides the learner with the support needed to successfully apply the skills acquired this training.
